- Coordinate and schedule installation crews for appliance deliveries and installations across multiple locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatching of crews based on job priority and availability.
- Act as a liaison between builders, office administration, and customers to confirm scheduling details, resolve issues, and ensure smooth job completion.
- Respond to and resolve any issues that may arise during the scheduling, dispatch, or installation process.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as tracking installation progress, updating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and handling inquiries.
- Provide professional and friendly support to customers regarding installation status, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist with light warehouse work to facilitate installations, including inventory checks and preparation of appliances for delivery.
- Ability to perform light warehouse duties, including occasional lifting and organizing of appliances.
- Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
