Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations in the showroom, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting the sales team. The Showroom Coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience, ensuring the showroom is well-organized, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, offering product information and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, features, and specifications to guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Monitor and track product stock levels, ensuring that showroom displays are well-organized and fully stocked.
- Support the sales team by preparing showroom materials such as pricing, signage, and product samples, and assist in product demonstrations.
- Assist with processing sales orders, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with the warehouse team for order fulfillment.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation by following company standards for display setup and product arrangement.
- Handle basic administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and updating customer records.
- Assist in planning and executing showroom events, promotions, and sales campaigns.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to management for product and service improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams to meet showroom goals and business objectives.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic, warm, and friendly demeanor
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- In-depth knowledge of lighting products is essential
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a personal drive to achieve success
