THE OPPORTUNITY
At Creo Group, we are searching for a motivated Shipping Clerk to join our team and play a crucial part in our shared success.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand and accurately execute written and verbal instructions in English.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area.
- Always wear the required PPE (protective glasses, gloves, and ear protection) and follow all safety and no-cellphone policies.
- Consistently arrive on time for shifts and return promptly from breaks.
- Identify and resolve minor traffic or logistics issues with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with CDL drivers and coordinate shipping activity.
- Utilize and navigate customer support portals with basic proficiency.
- Understand the daily shipping schedule and communicate updates with leads and managers.
- Generate accurate packing slips and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Create pick tickets based on customer sales orders.
- Schedule and coordinate daily shipments, ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements.
- Work independently to troubleshoot common issues within the shipping department.
- Understand and enforce customer compliance requirements within the team.
Qualifications:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior Experience
- Experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics roles is a plus.
- Forklift or powered lift equipment experience is beneficial.

- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items as needed.
