Description :
Client is seeking a Senior Business / Systems Analyst with over 10 years of experience to support the implementation of a Photo Speed Enforcement System and other IT systems. The selected candidate will work within an established project team, assisting in the implementation of a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product to meet the agency's organizational needs. The role requires expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, data analysis, process modeling, stakeholder communication, testing, and change management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to elicit, document, and clarify business requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
- Requirements Analysis : Analyze and prioritize business requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Process Modeling : Develop and document business process models, workflows, and diagrams to improve operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis : Conduct data mapping, profiling, and quality checks to understand how information flows within the organization.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Risk Assessment : Identify potential risks associated with IT projects and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Testing Support : Assist in developing test plans, test cases, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
- Change Management : Support change initiatives by preparing training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure final deliverables meet defined quality standards and align with business requirements.
- Documentation : Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Vendor Management : Collaborate with third-party vendors to evaluate and select IT solutions that meet business needs.
