COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - TITLE INSURANCE SALES
Location : Miami, FL
Our client, a leading financial services company specializing in commercial real estate transactions, is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to drive national business development and client engagement. Candidate Profile :
- High school diploma or equivalent required .
- 2-5 years of successful sales experience , preferably in the title and / or r eal estate industry .
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable with in-person and virtual client interactions.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a competitive market.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Persistent and goal-oriented mindset with a track record of securing new business .
- Familiarity with sales database systems such as Salesforce .
- Ability to adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions.
