This role involves conducting thorough investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and settlements of property claims to deliver an exceptional claims experience for our clients. Utilize innovative technologies, including drones and virtual claim handling software, to expertly guide clients through the claims process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site and virtual inspections of damaged properties.
- Determine applicable policy coverage and prepare written estimates.
- Initiate contact with all relevant parties to gather information and explain the claims process.
- Negotiate and settle assigned claims efficiently and effectively.
