Utilize innovative technologies, including drones and virtual claim handling software, to expertly guide clients through the claims process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site and virtual inspections of damaged properties.
- Determine applicable policy coverage and prepare written estimates.
- Initiate contact with all relevant parties to gather information and explain the claims process.
- Negotiate and settle assigned claims efficiently and effectively.
