Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor wounds, ensuring appropriate treatment plans are in place and followed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide wound care education to residents and families, promoting self-care and healing.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following established protocols.
- Document patient progress and care in a detailed and timely manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development in wound care as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Louisiana.
- Previous experience in wound care preferred, but not required. We are willing to provide training for motivated RNs interested in this specialty.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay: $35 - $45 per hour, depending on experience.
