Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Asset Management, this position will be responsible for supporting a growing portfolio of residential (Multifamily and Build-to-Rent) assets. This will require significant hands-on involvement at a detailed level through financial modeling, software administration, market research, and analyses to support Crescent’s overall business plan(s). Job Summary

This will require significant hands-on involvement at a detailed level through financial modeling, software administration, market research, and analyses to support Crescent’s overall business plan(s). Essential Functions
- Performs analyses in support of the operating performance of the portfolio
- Conducts comprehensive market research by using a variety of sources to obtain data
- Initiates proforma model review with submarket rent survey and initial underwriting guidelines
- Manages disposition due diligence process
- Validates standard daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Prepares standard monthly equity/lender reports for review before distribution
- Assists with quarterly reporting of portfolio trends
- Maintains a quantitative resident feedback tool to reveal insights that better inform future projects.
- Maintains monthly absorption and leasing histories for each property
- Assists with managing telecom contract process
- Conducts administrative tasks for the asset management (including Build-to-Rent) team, to include
- Assists with data analytics as needed
- Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
- Leading collection of due diligence materials and responding to buyer questions through DD process
- Reviewing prelims and providing feedback to PM teams
- Assistance with cash flow preparation
- Supplement AMT site visits, provide site audit reporting
- Address accuracy and consistence of daily and weekly reporting
Education and Experience
Minimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of real estate asset management or property management (Multifamily preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; analytical software skills are a plus
- Basic financial modeling skills desirable
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and quantitative skills
- Proven ability for writing and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze and present data
- Must be able to form and sustain strong relationships and work well in a collaborative team
