A Real Estate Attorney with 4 years' applicable professional experience is needed in Dallas. Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking an experienced Associate to join their Real Estate Finance group in Dallas. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits, with opportunities to work on high-profile real estate finance transactions in a collaborative environment.

Real Estate Attorney Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in real estate financing, acquisitions, and dispositions across asset types, including retail, industrial, multifamily, healthcare, and hospitality.
  • Prepare and negotiate complex loan documents, conduct due diligence, and provide strategic legal counsel on transactions.
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys on diverse and complex real estate finance matters.

Real Estate Attorney Qualifications

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Texas Bar admission.
  • 4 years of substantive real estate finance experience, including loan document preparation, due diligence, and experience with CMBS lenders, servicers, and private lenders.
  • AmLaw 200 experience preferred and proficiency in complex legal drafting.
