What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Treasury Analyst position at Crescent Energy?
Location
Houston, Texas (Downtown)
Position Summary
Assists in execution of the internal and external treasury functions for a large public energy company.
Reporting Structure
- This position reports directly to the Treasury Manager
Primary Responsibilities
- Reconcile all cash accounts daily
- Process monthly/quarterly regulatory tax payments
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile investment/equity accounts
- Post daily direct debits
- Manage stale dated check lists
- Be first point of contact for all Treasury inquiry emails
- Backup to Bank Account/Credit Card Administration role
- Execute special projects and ad hoc Treasury requests
- Assist with external audit and tax requests
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes/Oxley 404 controls and procedures
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting or finance required
- 2-4 years experience in accounting or finance
- Experience with SAP is desirable, though not required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
