Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturday and Sunday Every other week
  • 5AM - 2PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing golf course maintenance practices.
  • Assist in irrigation additions, repair, and maintenance
  • Supervise, train, and inspire grounds staff to achieve exceptional course conditions.
  • Oversee and perform fertilizers and pesticide applications in compliance with all regulations.
  • Monitor course conditions, including turf health and irrigation systems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and calibration of equipment.
  • Collaborate on budget planning, inventory management, and maintenance schedules.
  • Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Grounds Manager on renovation and improvement projects.
  • Step into the Golf Course Superintendent’s role as needed.

Requirements

Educational Requirements

2- or 4-year degree or certificate in Turfgrass Management or a related field.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of golf course maintenance experience, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of agronomy, turfgrass science, and irrigation systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for golf and a commitment to delivering world-class member experience
