As our Banquet Sous Chef, you will be unleashing your culinary magic for our Westin Tempe group guests. You will be a go to leader in the kitchen with supervisory duties and ensuring timely service and food quality. You will ensure excellence in dining outlets and collaborate with other culinary and hotel leaders. This position will also "flex" and assist in supporting various sub-departments of the kitchen and be open to task force/travel at Crescent properties as needed.
