Your Role & Responsibilities

Patient-Centered Care – Provide comprehensive, gentle dental care for children
Create a Fun, Safe Environment – Make dental visits enjoyable and fear-free
Comprehensive Treatment Planning – Tailor treatments for each child's needs
Educate & Empower Families – Teach oral health habits for lifelong dental wellness
Use Advanced Pediatric Techniques – Ensure comfort & positive experiences
Collaborate with a Talented Team – Work alongside experienced professionals
Engage in the Community – Help us make a lasting impact in Griffin and beyond!

What We’re Looking For

✅ DDS/DMD & Licensed in Georgia
✅ Pediatric Dentistry Residency (or strong pediatric experience)
✅ Sedation Certification (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Passionate About Kids – You love working with children and families!
✅ Team Player – You bring a positive, collaborative attitude

Competitive Pay: 30-32% of collections bonuses
