Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently close contracts with new customers, focusing on driving repeat business and referrals.
- Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they are fully satisfied with the products and services offered.
- Manage all communication and account-related matters, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of products and services, aligned with customer objectives.
- Address time-sensitive issues or requests to maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Engage in continuous training sessions aimed at leadership development, team collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- Support the onboarding and growth of new team members through training and development.
