What You'll Be Doing :

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the housekeeping department. From overseeing room cleanliness to ensuring guest satisfaction, you'll play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all who stay with us.

Who You'll Be Working With :

You'll collaborate with the front office, engineering team, and other bright shining faces at The Westin Tempe. Together, we'll create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests to enjoy.

Who We're Looking For :

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in housekeeping leadership and a positive outlook. If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable guest experiences, we want to hear from you!

You have a keen eye for detail and respect the importance teamwork. You don't shy away from challenges. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life. You have at least three years of experience as a leader in housekeeping in a large full service hotel and take great pride in providing our guests with exceptional customer service. Marriott Brand experience is a plus.
