Crescent Tree Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analysis Specialist to join our team at our sawmill in Leola, Arkansas. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the timely and accurate reporting of financial, operational, and statistical data.
The Business Analysis Specialist will report to the Mill Manager and will be a key part of plant management providing analytical support for all financial decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the various aspects of the mill and be able to provide insight into areas of improvement and accounting processes.

The successful candidate will have a 4-year degree in business, accounting, or finance and related work experience of 3 to 5 years. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint are essential. Additionally, the candidate must successfully complete a pre-employment background and drug screen.
