What You Will Do :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Production Planning & Scheduling – Develop and execute schedules that maximize efficiency and meet customer demands.
  • Resource Optimization – Manage personnel, machinery, and materials for seamless production.
  • Quality Control & Continuous Improvement – Implement cutting-edge quality control methods and drive process innovations.
  • Financial & Cost Management – Analyze costs, identify savings, and ensure smart operational spending.
  • Performance & KPI Tracking – Monitor key metrics to boost operational efficiency.
  • Safety & Compliance Leadership – Maintain the highest standards of workplace safety and regulatory adherence.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management – Negotiate top-quality materials at the best possible prices.
  • Team Leadership & Development – Inspire, coach, and lead teams toward operational excellence.
  • Strategic Reporting & Analysis – Provide senior management with insights and recommendations for continued success.

    • Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.

  • 30% travel.
