Cress Creek Country Club is seeking a personable and skilled Bartender to provide top-tier service to our members in an exclusive and relaxed setting. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards and member preferences.
- Provide friendly, personalized service while maintaining a sophisticated and professional atmosphere.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service when applicable.
- Uphold all food and beverage safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage time efficiently to provide seamless service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred, ideally in a private club, fine dining, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails, with the ability to make recommendations.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a relaxed yet fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices.
- Must obtain Food Safe Serv and BASSET certifications upon hire.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
