Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Director, Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design and delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions tailored to the financial services industry. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and domain knowledge to develop scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications that address complex business challenges.
As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions
- Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and technologies to meet the unique needs of Cresset’s financial services operations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization of Salesforce applications, adhering to financial services regulations and compliance standards.
- Integrate Salesforce with core financial systems, leveraging APIs, middleware, and other technologies to create seamless workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with industry standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering skill development and team growth.
Qualifications:
- 3 years Salesforce development experience
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce development tools: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and its capabilities.
- Experience in financial services or wealth management sector
- Experience with 3rd party applications – Portfolio Accounting/Reporting, DocuSign, Snowflake
- Proven ability to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet the regulatory and operational requirements of the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with financial systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Financial Services Cloud Specialist, or Technical Architect (strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in project delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor teams.
