Crest Cabinets is seeking an outgoing and proactive individual to fill our open Account Manager position! Sales experience is preferred but not a must. Willing to train the right candidate. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Crest cabinets has been helping customers turn their dream kitchen, baths, and any other cabinet project into a reality for 13 years. We specialize in semi custom cabinets for commercial, multi-family, residential builds, and remodels. We are a highly motivated team looking for individuals to help us continue our growth.
Responsibilities of an account manager
- Working closely with builders and retail customers through the entire process from initial account development, design, and through the completion of the job.
- Maintain a list of accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up to date with all products offered by Crest Cabinets and actively seek out current trends and styles.
- Respond to phone calls, texts, emails and other customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Design and create customer packets including spec sheets, estimate numbers, and cabinet designs.
- Work with customers to obtain all necessary information for a successful project. (Appliance specs, photos, etc.)
- Coordinate jobs with the customer, ordering, shop, and install to ensure accurate deadlines.
- Continue customer relations after completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
