RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively reach out to and engage with internet and phone leads, building strong relationships through effective communication and timely follow-up
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product features, benefits, and experience to prospects.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process following company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Automotive sales experience a plus but not mandatory
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit a background check for employment.
