Crest Cadillac Acura is seeking Sales Representatives to sell the most refined luxury automobiles in the world! We're looking to expand our sales team to keep up with demand between our 2 brands, strong CPO programs, and an extensive used car inventory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively reach out to and engage with internet and phone leads, building strong relationships through effective communication and timely follow-up
• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product features, benefits, and experience to prospects.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process following company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous Automotive sales experience a plus but not mandatory
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit a background check for employment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
