Loan Servicing Rep

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Servicing Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the loan servicing process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Representative.

Job duties

• Booking/Verifying loans within the Core Banking system.
• Posts Loan Payments, Fees, GL Transactions, and Loan Payoffs via the Core Banking system.
• Performs mortgage cancellations and discharges; archive paid off files.
• Respond to emails and phone communications.
• Assists with General tasks such as: Running and Balancing of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports, as assigned; Assists with Annual Escrow Analysis Scrubs.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree [GED], in addition to 1-3 years related experience or training.
• Proficient with Excel and Word, the Internet, and the ability to learn other related software applications required.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter, proactive and resourceful in problem solving.
• Flexible and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a changing environment with minimal supervision.
