We are seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Representative.
Job duties
- Booking/Verifying loans within the Core Banking system.
- Posts Loan Payments, Fees, GL Transactions, and Loan Payoffs via the Core Banking system.
- Performs mortgage cancellations and discharges; archive paid off files.
- Respond to emails and phone communications.
- Assists with General tasks such as: Running and Balancing of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports, as assigned; Assists with Annual Escrow Analysis Scrubs.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree [GED], in addition to 1-3 years related experience or training.
- Proficient with Excel and Word, the Internet, and the ability to learn other related software applications required.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, proactive and resourceful in problem solving.
- Flexible and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a changing environment with minimal supervision.
