What you do as Team Lead:
- Work on the Daily Living team
- Coach, develop and train a team of direct support professionals
- Be the go-to for team questions
- Create monthly schedules, find coverage for open shifts, and/or provide coverage for shifts when necessary
- Coordinate appointments, services, meetings and events
- Quality inspections and provide coaching feedback
What you need:
- 1 year of experience in a team lead or equivalent position with responsibility over non-exempt (hourly) staff. Your work history within your resume must reflect this experience to be considered.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proof of insurance and valid Iowa driver's license
- Computer skills, including Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong organization, time management and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, integrity, problem solving abilities
Pay Rate & Schedule:
- Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 11 AM - 7:30 PM or 8 AM - 4:30 PM with rotating weekends / on-call
