Direct Support Team Lead - with up to $1K Retention Bonus

What you do as Team Lead:

• Work on the Daily Living team
• Coach, develop and train a team of direct support professionals
• Be the go-to for team questions
• Create monthly schedules, find coverage for open shifts, and/or provide coverage for shifts when necessary
• Coordinate appointments, services, meetings and events
• Quality inspections and provide coaching feedback

What you need:

• 1 year of experience in a team lead or equivalent position with responsibility over non-exempt (hourly) staff. Your work history within your resume must reflect this experience to be considered.
• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proof of insurance and valid Iowa driver's license
• Computer skills, including Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, integrity, problem solving abilities

Pay Rate & Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 11 AM - 7:30 PM or 8 AM - 4:30 PM with rotating weekends / on-call
