Duties/Responsibilities
Branding:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms.
- Oversee creation and upkeep of both digital and print materials, including website updates.
- Develop engaging content and execute cohesive strategies across email, website, and social media.
- Remain informed about the latest digital trends and social media tools.
- Define and reinforce Cresten’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all content.
- Experiment and optimize messaging on platforms to reach diverse target audiences.
- Maintain high standards for content accuracy and consistency.
- Apply strong digital marketing expertise across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
- Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback across public platforms.
- Collaborate with asset partners on campaign design and execution.
- Use data analysis to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
- Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to the Executive Team.
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, with guidance from the Executive Team.
- Oversee reputational risk management.
- Safeguard brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Design and run ads across digital platforms (Meta, Google, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Support brainstorming and execution of local, community-driven marketing initiatives.
- Develop timely, informative, and engaging marketing content.
- Contribute to marketing functions such as event planning, asset creation, and channel optimization.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks within broader marketing plans.
- Proficient in MS Office and common marketing tools/software.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about continuous learning.
- Skilled in creating visually compelling and engaging marketing materials.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate remotely and support cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics, email marketing, and other digital strategies.
- Agile and quick to adapt to shifting priorities or market trends.
- Effective at multitasking and working independently to meet deadlines.
- 2 years of proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing)
- An associate degree in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred.
- Experience or desire to learn how to run Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Work is performed in a small office setting with some local travel.
- Less than 10% on an annual basis.
