The Client Partnership Group (CPG) is integral to Crestline’s success. Comprising over 20 professionals, CPG is responsible for client service, new business development, and product management, playing multiple roles within the firm. We are seeking a Sales Intern to support our marketing and sales professionals in raising institutional capital for Crestline’s Private Credit Funds. The Sales Intern will collaborate closely with CPG’s Sales Analyst and Managing Directors, who spearhead fundraising efforts across the United States.

Duties And Responsibilities

Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CPG's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database to ensure it accurately reflects current information. This includes:
- Tracking opportunities to provide accurate projections for fundraising amounts and targets
- Entering call and meeting data
- Performing general “clean up” tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Conducting contact research and data entry
- Research asset allocation studies and public board meeting notes to better understand our investors and potential clients.
- Provide the Sales Team with updated competitor analysis and research on new product offerings.
- Fulfill printing, binding, and scanning requests.
- Support ad-hoc tasks, requests, and projects as needed.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Aspiring sales professional or interested in Private Credit front office roles.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and planning skills.
