Position Overview : Crestron is a global leader in advanced control and automation solutions, providing innovative products that enhance the way people live, work, and learn. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Government Account Manager to spearhead our efforts in the Federal Civilian sector, enhancing our presence and fostering long-term relationships within key government agencies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Serve as the primary point of contact for Federal Civilian agencies, managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities to expand Crestron's footprint.
- Account Management : Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the Federal Civilian sector.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain expert-level knowledge of Crestron's product line, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs and regulations of government clients.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including IT architects, procurement officers, and agency executives.
- Proposal Development : Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business and renew existing contracts.
- Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting Federal Civilian agencies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
- Compliance : Ensure all activities comply with federal regulations and Crestron's policies and procedures.
