General Description : The QA / PCMM Technician is responsible for generating PCMM programs and using the PCMM and other measuring equipment to dimensionally inspect and verify components, assemblies and tooling conform to Engineering / Model requirements, also documents and reports inspection results in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities : Generate PCMM programs to measure parts and components to meet Engineering design characteristics / specifications. Inspect product using PCMM Arm and / or Leica Tracker Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on PCMM equipment as required. Ensure PCMM is working at optimal capacity for accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and production teams, and assist with finding solutions to quality issues. Complete First Article Inspection documentation and report nonconformances to ensure accuracy and compliance with Customer, Engineering and Quality standards.
