We are searching for a full time Body Shop Manager. This position is available to a current Body Shop Manager or Assistant Body Shop Manager who is searching for a challenge and willing to take the next step! There is a signing bonus for qualified applicants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee staff of technicians, assisting with assessing repairs and damaged parts
- Report to General Manager on technicians workload, scheduling and needs
- Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts
- Oversee documentation of all repairs performed and material inventory
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste
REQUIREMENTS:
- Past experience required in estimating
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Knowledge and experience with working with all insurances/claims
