This key position is responsible for maintaining the building(s), equipment, and utilities, ensuring they are in top condition to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff. The Maintenance Specialist also ensures that the facility grounds are properly maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. In addition to their technical expertise, the Maintenance Specialist plays a crucial role in our center's overall operations by collaborating with other department heads to support a smooth and efficient workflow. They are proactive problem solvers, adept at identifying potential issues before they become major problems, and skilled at managing budgets and resources effectively.
