What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Associate position at Crestview Landscape?
The primary purpose of this position is to work as part of a team focused on delivering outstanding quality, service, and performance on some of the most iconic properties in Los Angeles.

If hired, your starting full time hourly wage will be $27.00 per hour with the goal of this individual advancing to a salaried management role within three (3) years. Benefits include a 4% matching 401(k), health, dental, life, vision, and disability insurance plan options, eight (8) paid holidays, vacation, and sick days off a year, a company vehicle, and a potential bonus of up to $5,000 after the first full year of employment, based upon individual and department goals being achieved.
Position requirements maybe not be for everyone. The individual must possess a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of position requirements. They must have a high sense of urgency, follow up, and follow through in order to provide outstanding performance and service. English & Spanish verbal and written communication skills are a must. The successful applicant needs to be a self-starter, self-manager, quick learner, & open to change. Someone who can follow and adhere to the daily, weekly, and monthly habits of the position while also juggling the unforeseen and unplanned events that happen in business. A passion for pride, quality, and communication is an absolute mandatory requirement and not everyone has these core competencies! If showing up to work on time every day or if you struggle with completing assignments accurately and on time, this is not the job for you.
