Job Description
The Food and Beverage Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations of the on-site restaurant of the Westin DC City Center. This includes managing staff, ordering supplies, administrative tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position has room to growth and is a stepping stone position to the Director of Food & Beverage!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff, including hiring and scheduling.
- Order supplies and manage inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote food and beverage offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
