Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing the housekeeping staff and ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards
- Train and develop new housekeeping staff members
- Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to housekeeping staff
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to housekeeping staff
- Assist in managing the budget for the housekeeping department
- Ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met
- Assist in resolving guest complaints related to housekeeping
