Job Description
Crestview Management, LLC (an affiliate of Columbia Sussex) is a hotel developer, owner/operator with 50 years’ experience developing and managing properties throughout the US and Caribbean. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate full-time hourly position in our Corporate Payroll/HR department located in Crestview Hills, KY. This Payroll/HR assistant will be responsible for payroll tasks including processing multi state payrolls in Paycor as well as other payroll and HR related duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous Payroll experience preferred
- Paycor experience helpful
- Data Entry
- Business phone etiquette
- Detailed orientated
- Verbal and written communication
- Ability to Multi-task
- Interpersonal Skills
- Organizational Skills
- A minimum of one (1) year office experience required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
