Pastry Production - Creswell Bakery

We are currently seeking a passionate, enthusiastic person to join our pastry and/or bread team. We have part time and full time hours available during early mornings and a beginning position that has a later start for pastry production work.

Requirements:

- Professional experience - we prefer to see at least one year in a from-scratch bakery. Ultimately though, we are looking for the right person with a strong passion for baking.

- Strong Work Ethic - cleanliness, organization, efficiency

- Good attitude and the ability to work with others :-)

- A valid Oregon Food Handler's Card

- Open availability; the more advanced shifts start as early as 3am and do include Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays (we are closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving but open all the days around those holidays). We have other shifts that do not start until 9am or later and are until no later than 7pm.

- Non-slip, grease resistant kitchen approved shoes

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds.

- Must be 18 years of age or older in order to use most bakery and kitchen equipment
