Creswell High School is seeking an Assistant Varsity Football Coach for the Football Program for the 2025-2026 school Year.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- NFHS Coaches Certification
- High school Graduate
- Previous successful coaching experience
- Skills in working positively with adolescents
- Understanding of successful teaching strategies
- Good communication skills
- Successful completion of fingerprint screening
- First Aid CPR certified
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teach fundamentals of football
- Plan and supervise practices and games
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school personnel
GENERAL AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Assume a supervisory and teaching role with athletes
- Design practices to build game skills and strategies
- Cooperate with CHS faculty and staff
- Assist in overseeing high school football program
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
- High school teaching experience
- High school varsity football experience
Coaching Stipends paid at the end of the season. Actual dollar amount varies based on experience and step placement in accordance with the certified bargaining agreement, Extra Duty Salaries.
