Qualifications:

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate degree (preferred).
- Experience:
- 1–2 years of managerial experience (required).
- 1–2 years of inventory and warehouse management experience (required).
- Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven communication and time management skills.
- Dependable with a history of excellent attendance.
- Ability to work on your feet all day in varying temperatures.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with team assistance.
