Position Summary
Oversees all HR functions within the organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.
Role and Responsibilities
- Performs supervisory responsibilities to effectively manage personnel including interviewing, hiring, terminating, training, developing, planning, assigning work, coaching, appraising performance, disciplining, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals.
- Conducts and completes thorough investigations relating to complaints and grievances received.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance.
- Conducts market analysis and benchmarking to ensure pay practices are competitive and align with the organization's business objectives.
- Oversees recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Works closely with company trainers to assist and support leadership development initiatives.
- Participates in professional development and networking conferences and events.
- Maintains positive working relationships.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties assigned.

- EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
