Summary of Position:
Advanced Integrated Services, a leading company in Automation, Electrical Instrumentation, Control Panel manufacturing, and Fire & Safety services, is seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Representative to expand our client base. The successful candidate will be the company's frontline, dedicated to creating and implementing effective sales strategies, driving sustainable financial growth, and establishing strong client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies that target financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
Qualification Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive, or in a relevant role.
- Prior experience with servicing Oil & Gas Midstream and Downstream customers required.
- Demonstrable sales track record.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
