This executive will drive regional growth, operational efficiency, and sustainable service delivery across multiple field operations teams and local operating companies.

🔍 What You’ll Do
As Divisional VP of Operations, you’ll oversee MEP operations and lead cross-functional teams across the Gulf region. You will be responsible for financial performance, customer satisfaction, and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives. You will own P&L accountability and lead through KPI tracking, process improvement, and lean operations strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional MEP and HVAC field operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and safety compliance.
- Drive strategic planning and execution to meet financial targets in revenue, EBITDA, and gross margin.
- Improve operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing lean process improvements.
- Coach and develop operational leaders to strengthen team development and succession planning.
- Direct P&L ownership and budget forecasting for all companies in the Gulf Division.
- Oversee estimating and pricing strategies to ensure competitive bids with strong margins.
- Strengthen customer satisfaction and retention through proactive service and communication.
- Act as Interim General Manager as needed to maintain continuity across operating companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7 years of operations leadership in commercial/industrial construction (HVAC/MEP preferred).
- 3 years of full P&L ownership with at least $20MM in revenue.
- 5 years leading cross-functional or field operations teams with 10 direct/indirect reports.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage complex KPIs and budget forecasting.
- Proven experience in process improvement and change management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP and field service management system experience preferred.
