Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, to fabricate, repair, and modify metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding methods.
- Use cutting, grinding, and other hand tools to prepare metal pieces for welding.
- Inspect welded joints for strength, durability, and quality, ensuring they meet established standards and codes.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any welding or equipment issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
- Perform preventative maintenance on welding machines and equipment as needed.
- Follow all environmental, safety, and quality control standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or GED required; welding certification or relevant technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a welder in an industrial setting, with proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
- Knowledge of welding symbols, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Ability to work with various materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with welding safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

- Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, panels, feeders, transformers and wiring.
- Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components.
- Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows NEC electrical codes, blueprints, and standards.
- Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning.
- Complete required documentation of repairs and service information.

- 3-5 years of Commercial / Industrial electrical experience.
- Valid driver's license in state of practice and no more than two violations within the last 3 years.

- Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel.
- Comfortable reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment.
