Position Overview
The Sr Sales Account Executive (Chicago based) will be responsible for managing and developing new business for S Mechanical in Illinois. You will attract new clients by establishing and retaining the relationship, identifying, and meeting all their MEP requests, and ensuring that they receive outstanding customer service from all our MEP departments. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful MEP sales experience, be high energy with a competitive growth and entrepreneurial mindset ready to deliver outstanding service for our partners and clients. We are a fast-paced, growing company committed to providing the tools, and resources needed for our team members to achieve success. This position will focus mainly on drumming up new Maintenance and Service contracts to new and existing clients!
Key Deliverables :
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives in the owner direct service, preventative maintenance, new construction and retrofit business.
- Deliver new customers to achieve organizational and revenue objectives.
- Deliver new opportunities and customers to achieve organizational and revenue objectives.
- Master S Mechanical's strategic points of differentiation and deliver a targeted sales strategy to capitalize on it.
