HVAC Sales Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates for HVAC systems to include equipment replacement and Preventative Maintenance Contracts.
- Take-off material and provide accurate estimating for maintenance contracts and equipment replacement.
- Prospect for new clients and opportunities in the Commercial market.
- Submit proposals to customers, finalize pricing and complete internal setups promptly.
- Develop relationships with existing and new customers
- Survey HVAC Equipment and prepare estimates
- Good understanding of qualifying prospects.
- Ability to prospect through different channels.
- Build relationships with local associations.
- Ability to manage relationships and close leads.
- Survey HVAC Equipment and prepare estimates
- This row is primary PM contracts and equipment replacement.
- 2 years in a sales or business development role in HVAC
- Possess good communication skills with an outgoing personality and a positive attitude
- Well organized, flexible, detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle a fast-paced workload under deadlines
- Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- Must be able to prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet submission deadlines
- High school or equivalent (Required)
