Who We’re Looking For
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of commercial real estate due diligence projects with a focus on ALTA Land Surveys and Zoning reports. In this role, you will own named client relationships, communicate directly with our vast network of field survey professionals, partner with our sales and client success teams, and ultimately be responsible for ensuring on time and quality report delivery to our clients. With your prior background in supporting ALTA Land Survey projects, you will further support your internal team in answering questions and sharing your knowledge and experience to aid in how we most effectively partner with our network and client base. The SPM plays a critical role in driving project success and client and contractor satisfaction.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Manage the delivery of commercial real estate due diligence projects with a focus on ALTA Land Surveys and Zoning reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing client needs and concerns.
- Coordinate with field surveyors ensuring timely and accurate project completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams (sales, client success, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and contractors.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing commercial real estate due diligence projects, with a strong emphasis on ALTA Land Surveys.
- In-depth knowledge of ALTA Land Survey standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in relevant software (project management tools, CRM systems).
Experience, Education and Licenses:
- Position requires 2 years of land surveying experience in a project management, coordination, or client support role
- Knowledge of ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys through direct interaction with documents and/or understanding of documents through direct interaction with Surveyors
- Ability to manage multiple survey tasks, project coordination, and interaction with clients and Surveyors.
- Proven success scheduling and coordinating deliverables with internal departments and clients.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced growing environment.
- Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Surveyor-in-Training certification a plus
- Associates degree in Land Surveying or in the process of obtaining this AA degree a plus
