Position Summary
The Process Technician is responsible for the installation of molds, development of process parameters, support of validation activities, and troubleshooting production issues for new and existing tooling.
Responsibilities
- Utilize scientific molding principles to establish capable processes for new and existing tooling
- Execute validation protocols (IQ / OQ / PQ) that comply with FDA regulations
- Troubleshoot technical issues and lead root cause / corrective action investigations
- Support Operational Excellence by identifying and executing initiatives that lead to improved performance
- Provide technical coaching and feedback to production employees and the support team
- Ensure complex molds are installed and removed according to the setup sheets and instructions
- Inspect molded parts using basic metrology tools and equipment
- Ensure no production time or yield is lost because of faulty setup
- Serve as a resource for Setup Technicians

Pay Range
USD $29.23 - USD $39.00 / Hr.

20 hours :
