Position summary :
The Senior Process Development Engineer will be focused on product development in the New Product Development (NPD) team. They will be responsible for providing engineering guidance and project team support for the design, development, and optimization of products, processes, tooling and / or equipment. This position will also provide leadership within NPD projects and be able to provide technical direction, incorporate DFM and assembly principles.

- Research, design, and prototype new products / processes based on customer specifications. This would include leading design for manufacturability requirements and any other technical activities as required.
- Utilize Product knowledge in Neuro and CRM fields to design and develop robust engineering solutions to internal and customer requests. This may include finding new technologies for Cretex Medical.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust with companys shifting priorities based on customer needs.
- Vendor selection for new equipment and technology as needed to support customer projects or internally driven objectives.
- Oversee equipment installation, development, and training.
- Specify and develop tests for product / process testing.
- Be the key contact for customer projects and work with a team to accomplish customer required activities.
