Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinical Technician to join our chiropractic office. The ideal candidate will possess a background in healthcare, human anatomy and chiropractic care. This role involves working closely with patients utilizing Shockwave Therapy. The Clinical Technician will be responsible for various clinical tasks, assisting in both routine and office tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist and lead patients in Shockwave Therapy care - guiding them through pain levels.
- Offer knowledge about Shockwave Therapy, how it works, what to expect, and the benefits (training will be provided).
- Ensuring all necessary equipment is prepared and sterilized.
- Perform Shockwave Therapy on patients targeting areas of concern.
- Guiding patients on frequency, pricing, and appointments.
- Assessing patients' improvements with scans and inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with patients.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff by adhering to sanitation protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in healthcare and/or chiropractic care preferred.
- Knowledge of human anatomy is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and patients
- A drive to work with a team is a must.
