What You'll Do
- Build your own list of high-potential clients
- Make cold calls, send highly targeted emails, and prospect on LinkedIn
- Attend networking events and conferences as needed
- Book meetings with founders, hiring execs, and HR decision-makers
- Work with our executive team to convert opportunities into filled placements
- Maintain pipeline health in our CRM/ATS
- Collaborate with the team to iterate, improve, and WIN
- A recent college grad (Communications, Business, or Marketing is a plus)
- Comfortable being uncomfortable β you don't mind hearing "noβ or not hearing back at all
- Excellent communicator with strong emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Curious, coachable, and ready to get on the phone
- Interested in launching a career in B2B tech sales or recruiting β or both
- Bonus points for sales internships, fundraising, high-end retail, or any hustle-heavy experience
- Direct mentorship from industry veterans and founders
