Job Description :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Deck Hand or in a similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of deck equipment and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work long hours and be away from home for extended periods of time
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Valid TWIC card and STCW certification preferred
- Must be able to obtain a Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC)
